Stepping into your miracle
Pastor Parkash Khubani
A miracle is an unexpected event attributed to divine
intervention. One of the greatest tragedies in life is to live and never
discover your destiny, but worse than that is to discover your destiny and
forfeit it. We are God’s precious children and we deserve the best, each of
us has a promise from God and each of us should have our mind made up that
whatever it costs , you are going to get what God has promised you.
Now if you are satisfied where you are at, with what you have
got, seeing what you are seeing, and doing what you are doing and
experiencing what you are experiencing, then this message is probably not
for you. But if you happen to be one of those rare breeds called dreamers,
and if your spirit is divinely dissatisfied, and if you know God has
destined you for more, then this message is for you but remember that
every promise comes with a price.
There is no victory without a fight, and there is no testimony
without a test. There is no crown without a cross and there is no
resurrection without a crucifixion. We must cross our own Jordan river like
the Israelites. God is the same today and forever. We believe, and when we
believe- we will receive.
Joshua 3:14-17
14 So when the people broke camp to cross the Jordan, the
priests carrying the ark of the covenant went ahead of them. 15 Now the
Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who
carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water's edge,
16 the water from upstream stopped flowing. It piled up in a heap a great
distance away, at a town called Adam in the vicinity of Zarethan, while the
water flowing down to the Sea of the Arabah (the Salt Sea [b] ) was
completely cut off. So the people crossed over opposite Jericho. 17 The
priests who carried the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry
ground in the middle of the Jordan, while all Israel passed by until the
whole nation had completed the crossing on dry ground.
1. Word….. Peter
Read the Word- understand and keep it in our heart. When you
act, God reacts. Do not be discouraged and keep knocking on heaven’s door
and claim His promises as it is written. Use God’s word as a weapon and be
positive so that devils becomes negative.
Luke 5: 5
5Simon answered, "Master, we've worked hard all night and
haven't caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets."
2 Faith …… Woman with issue of blood
Mark 5 :28
28because she thought, "If I just touch his clothes, I will be
healed."
3.Praise… Paul and Silas
Always be thankful for the grace of God and for what we have,
and do not compare and compete. Praise Him at all times not juts when things
are good.
Acts 16:25
25About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns
to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.
4. Action…. Bartimaeus
Mark 10 :47
47When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to
shout, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"
5 Courage … David –
Take courage to face your problems, and be encouraged by the
word of God- greater is He who is in us than he is in the world. If God is
with us who can be against us.
1 Samuel 17:45
45 David said to the Philistine, "You come against me with
sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD
Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.
6 Patience……… Joseph
Genesis 50:20
20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to
accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
7 Peace ……… Elisha
2nd Kings 6 :16
16 "Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are
with us are more than those who are with them."
8 Determination …….. Samson
Judges 16 :30
30 Samson said, "Let me die with the Philistines!" Then he
pushed with all his might, and down came the temple on the rulers and all
the people in it. Thus he killed many more when he died than while he lived.
9 Obedience ……. Noah
Genesis 6 :22
22 Noah did everything just as God commanded him.
10 . Humility …….. Naaman
2 Kings 5:14
14 So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven
times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became
clean like that of a young boy.
Somebody is one step away from his miracle, one step away from
his breakthrough. One step away from a too much blessing. You have put in
your time of toiling, and trying and praying and confessing, and waiting and
watching. And I tell you that you are one step away from what you have been
believing for. One step is moving us from borrowers to lenders. From
barely making it to more than enough, from weeping to rejoicing. I’ m trying
to tell you, one step can turn your situation around and put you in charge.
I don’t know what Jordan you may be facing today. Your Jordan may be
completely different from what I described to you from own life. And I
don’t know what is the one step that you need to take, but if you will obey
God and take that step, Jordan is going to run from you.

Positive
People
Pastor
Joseph Situmeang
Problems are inevitable- and we will always have problems in this world
Every problem is temporary- problems will not last forever.
James 1
:2
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
1 Cor
10 :13
13No
temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful;
he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are
tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
Problems hold positive opportunities
Phil 1
:11-13
11Formerly he was useless to you, but now he has become useful both to you
and to me.
12I am
sending him—who is my very heart—back to you. 13I would have liked to keep
him with me so that he could take your place in helping me while I am in
chains for the gospel.
Problems test our faith
Problems may be confirmation that we are living for Jesus.
Gen
12:1-5
Genesis
12
The
Call of Abram
1 The
LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's
household and go to the land I will show you.
2 "I
will make you into a great nation
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
3 I
will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you."
4 So
Abram left, as the LORD had told him; and Lot went with him. Abram was
seventy-five years old when he set out from Haran. 5 He took his wife Sarai,
his nephew Lot, all the possessions they had accumulated and the people they
had acquired in Haran, and they set out for the land of Canaan, and they
arrived there

Job 1:1
1 In
the land of Uz there lived a man whose name was Job. This man was blameless
and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.
Suffering for own foolishness

12In
fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be

Problems are catalysts for personal growth
Gal 6
:7-8
7Do not
be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8The one who
sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature[a]will reap destruction;
the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal
life.
James 1
:2-4
2Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.
4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete,
not lacking anything.
Problems can draw us closer to God
Psalms
61 :1-2
1 Hear
my cry, O God;
listen to my prayer.
2 From
the ends of the earth I call to you,
I call as my heart grows faint;
lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

What kind of people should
we be ?
Pastor
Jewel Blake Lumasag
We are
the end time church, surely we are the people God is looking for. Before the
end shall come, God require us to be prepared- be a people with vision for
Christ and purpose of God- recognizing who God is in our lives and Jesus is
the solution to our darkness, as He has cross from death to life- for to
live is Christ and to die is gain. We must be people possessed by the Holy
Spirit.
Throughout history, we see people who are possessed with vision are
able to achieve great things- some for good and some for evil e.g Martin
Luther, Adolf Hitler and Genghis Khan.
Having
a vision is the start, it takes commitment and discipline to endure
the marathon to the end. At times, we have to take risks- boldness
and be courageous to stand up for what is right. E.g preaching in Muslims
areas. God goes beyond borders, so do not limit yourself or limit God with
your map.
Besides
boldness, we also need the compassion of Christ- that we may conform
to the image of Christ. Non Christians look at you- what kind of people you
ought to be?
